When I heard it, I simply couldn’t help laughing. In between the denials, then admittance by the White House, Trump lied about the call to the widow – it lightened the mood.
I have no problem with what is happening to Mr. Weinstein and his company. I’ve had to deal with far too many similar men to worry too much about him or his company.
Theresa May promises a lot. Like her buddy Donald Trump: she does not always deliver.
A few months ago, she promised Donny a state visit to the UK? All pomp and circumstance the Dotard loves included? Trump may visit the UK, but his visit has been ‘downgraded’.
If the story was not sickening, it might have been hilarious. ‘Puerto Rico video tells positive story, leaves misery on cutting-room floor‘ reads one of today’s Washington Post’s headlines. The article then explains how Trump and his admin twisted the truth about Puerto Rico.
Yesterday, Ronna Romney-McDaniel stated publicly while being interviewed on CNN: “I’m blaming the Democrats”.
This answer certainly triggered CNN Anchor Wolf Blitzer, but Ronna Romney-McDaniel repeated her accusation. She even remarked the GOP hasn’t got a majority; it is a few votes short and this is why Trump has problems pushing his agenda through.
There are still people in Puerto Rico, waiting for FEMA relief. FEMA is now of course headed by a Trump-buddy. Small surprise FEMA was caught red-handed, polishing up and alternating facts. Guess the world should be surprised it was not caught making buckets from Puerto Rican misery.
Trump has ensured another headline again: can’t ignore a woman, then silence her. UK Independent’s reporter David Usborne is in Puerto Rico. He gave his paper an exclusive today: the now famous mayor of San Juan was invited by the White House.
UK PM Theresa May is in trouble again. Need one why: Brexit, of course! May’s relation with many European leaders was already choppy? Now the European Parliament is causing mayhem.
When faced with events in Catalonia and Vegas, as well as the ongoing disaster in Puerto Rico, it seems best to remain silent for a day or so.
Now, like many on the internet, re Vegas I’ve got unanswered questions:
Some broad told the world, Puerto Rico is a good news story. The people hit by hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico begged to differ. This use of their misery to promote fake news and highly twisted alternative facts, is simply too much to swallow for Puerto Ricans as well as the rest of the world.
