Russian town embraces you-know-who

That CNN is capable of producing baffling news, the world knows. They kept repeating this report, including interviews from early morning till late evening. The town of Ryazan wants to “embrace” Trump!

That there are loonies in the US, the world knows. That there must be a couple in a Russian town – ah well, Russia probably also has its share of rather interesting folks. But to go as far as having a wish to name a street after Donald Trump …

It left me with a couple of questions to those in Ryazan who came up with this scheme:
If you love the guy so much, can you please invite him over? And embrace him with a bear-hug? Then keep him in your bear-hug, for say a decade or so?
Mind: not exactly lock him up, but just keep him like an US freebie?
Please?

Or perhaps you can pass him around? Dispatch him on a sight-seeing tour – to Siberia or somewhere remote?
No? Oh – too bad.
But then: he’s not my president-to-be and the guy never fooled me.

Can imagine you are no longer interested now. What with the odd revelations yesterday and him caught lying on camera about creating Fiat jobs and spreading false news and worse …

Can imagine everybody in Ryazan now wants to forget all about renaming the street after Trump. You might rename it after you-know-who from the Harry Potter series, or Harry Potter. Might lure fans to visit Ryazan? Or what about naming the street after some heroic person. After all: Russia has plenty of these.
